As Vice President of Field Human Resources, Joanne Durkel leads human resources strategy and support for White Lodging’s hotel and restaurant operations across the country. She partners closely with operational leaders to foster a culture that prioritizes associate engagement, development, and performance while ensuring teams have the resources and support needed to deliver exceptional guest and associate experiences.
Prior to joining White Lodging in 2024, Joanne spent more than 18 years leading human resources initiatives across labor relations, compensation, performance management, and employee engagement. Her career has been defined by a commitment to developing talent, strengthening workplace culture, and creating meaningful opportunities for associates to grow and succeed.
