Signature Training Programs
White Lodging Flight School and School of Revenue are proprietary leadership and skills development programs for associates. Flight School is a multi-day course for every new leader at White Lodging is designed to help individuals become the best manager they can be – from emotional intelligence to employee engagement and time management to recruiting. Our School of Revenue brings together managers from across the country to deep dive into the fundamentals of achieving industry-leading topline revenue, including the use of White Lodging’s custom tools and technology that keep the company ahead of the market.
LAUNCH Hospitality Immersion Program
The program is staged in a way that that complements classroom learning and culminates in a comprehensive manager-in-training experience. In addition to helping students define their preferred focus area(s), LAUNCH participants learn advanced leadership skills and have the opportunity to secure management-level career opportunities in their preferred city, in advance of graduation.

The White Lodging – J.W. Marriott, Jr. School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Purdue is widely known as one of the best in the nation, with graduates serving in hospitality positions the world over. Students have support and learning opportunities from the top hospitality company in the world and White Lodging – a combination no other university or management company has.
Also at Purdue, the Bruce White Undergraduate Institute will serve as a flagship element of the Mitchell E. Daniels Jr. School of Business. The new school will build on the rich heritage and historic strengths of the School of Management and Krannert Graduate School.
