We employ a dedicated R&D chef, who has an entire state-of-the-art test kitchen in which to craft, create, and execute unique recipes. A centralized team oversees branding, marketing, menu development, procurement, operational consistency and service standards across more than 50 restaurant and bars, including 10 market-leading rooftop bars.
White Lodging’s approach to revenue generation goes beyond a singular discipline and combines sales, events, marketing, communications and revenue management into one force with the ability to deploy resources, while forecasting and flexing strategy to identify the best opportunities from a mix, rate and occupancy perspective.
Using near real time brand data and a centralized data warehouse, we use this to overlay our custom, brand agnostic dashboards that enable timely decision making and common language to capture the right guest at the right time at the right price.
