Bruce White established White Lodging with one hotel in Indiana and a singular vision – to provide significant and sustainable value and genuine care for associates, guests, and community.
Since our founding in 1985, White Lodging has developed and built hundreds of hotels across the United States.
Our hospitalitarians have a genuine passion for serving others, and we have a passion for providing an environment where they can be their best selves at work.

Innovation in Hospitality
We do things differently and have since the beginning. From the first Fairfield Inn franchise in 1990 to the largest J.W. Marriott in 2011 to the first fully immersive luxury epicurean experience in 2019, and more.
In the last 40 years, we’ve developed hundreds of hotels and dozens of different brands, including independent luxury ranches.

Hotel Trinity to Break Ground in Austin
