Vice President, Rooms Operations

Whitney and her team are responsible for creating, maintaining and administering all rooms training and process improvement, including certification materials, training topics, procedures and system integration.  In addition, Whitney oversees all hotel openings as the operations lead. This role involves ensuring operational and building readiness, including coordination with construction and owner representatives on final punch processes and compliance with brand and White Lodging Standards.

Since joining White Lodging, Whitney has led more than 30 hotel openings made of up 13 different brands. She began her career with White Lodging as a Manager in Rooms Operations.

Prior to joining White Lodging Whitney worked for Hyatt, including leadership roles at Hyatt Regency Denver, Grand Hyatt Dallas and Hyatt Place Auburn Hills.

She is a graduate of Grand Valley State University.
