White Lodging’s Marketing Teams earned four Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International (HSMAI)Adrian Awards, celebrating exceptional work across three standout campaigns. The Adrian Awards are among the hospitality industry’s most prestigious honors, recognizing excellence in advertising, digital, public relations, and integrated campaigns. With more than 30 categories and over 800 submissions, the competition represents the highest standard in travel and hospitality marketing.
The 2025 Adrian Awards theme, “Exceptional Experience,” celebrates the creativity and impact of campaigns that go beyond the destination – highlighting the power of storytelling, emotion, and experience in inspiring travel decisions and shaping unforgettable journeys. This theme aligns perfectly with White Lodging’s approach to marketing, where each campaign is designed to create memorable experiences for guests and associates alike.
This year, White Lodging, with the support of agency partners Giant Noise and Get Noticed, captured awards across social media, special events, and integrated marketing, showcasing the creativity, innovation, and strategic thinking of our teams and partners.

Perfecting Your Craft – GOLD (Social Media)
Part of White Lodging’s 2024 corporate brand campaign, Perfecting Your Craft highlighted the dedication, skill, and artistry White Lodging associates bring to their roles every day. This campaign celebrates the heart and talent of the company’s teams and reinforces its commitment to hospitality excellence.
Rockin’ Around the Rooftops – SILVER (Special Event, Integrated Marketing)
This campaign encouraged guests to explore six of Austin’s most festive rooftop holiday pop-up events. Participants collected stamps on a Rockin’ Around the Rooftops passport, redeemable for a $50 gift card after visiting all six rooftops, creating an engaging and memorable guest experience.
Margarita May – SILVER, Best of Category (Contest/Sweepstakes, Integrated Marketing); BRONZE (Social Media)
Margarita May was a month-long celebration of Austin’s favorite drink. With custom branding, vibrant digital campaigns, and recurring “Marg Money” Monday promotions, the campaign boosted social engagement, increased drink sales, and created a lively, repeatable experience across multiple White Lodging outlets.
