A member of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, The Otis believes that life should be an adventure in elevated living by offering easygoing luxury and curated experiences that make it exactly like nothing else. Highlights include elevated dining experiences including a 4,000 square foot rooftop pool deck, elegant meeting & events spaces, and a personal vinyl ambassador that will customize Austin music adventures.
AC adds to the University of Texas area by providing a premium hotel experience that the community craves. This European influenced, pet-friendly hotel features free wifi, sophisticated yet simple design, and curated pieces from Austin’s thriving art community.
The hotels provide a combined 347 rooms and 7,500 square feet of meeting space. The project also consists of multiple dining options including Acre 41, a modern upscale restaurant and bar, Burger Bar on Campus, the 3rd location of Austin’s popular walk-up burger counter paying homage to Austin’s legendary food trucks, Otopia, the only luxury rooftop pool and lounge in the Campus District, and Bar Ac, an elevated wine bar with an outdoor terrace.
