Bringing nearly 30 years of hospitality experience, including 20 years of his career spent internationally across Europe, Laurens Zieren joined White Lodging in 2017 as Regional Vice President for the Full-Service hotel portfolio.
From his experience abroad to his most recent position as the general manager of the 1,932-room Hilton New York, Laurens is an established recognition and hotel culture expert combined with a strong “Genius of the And” leadership style. The Today Show referred to Laurens as an innovative leader and he was featured on the cover of Incentive Magazine. He was also part of one of the largest resort openings in the world with Disneyland Paris, totaling 12,000 rooms in one day.
Laurens has consistently been on the board of directors for hotel associations around the U.S. and Europe including New York City, Illinois, Belgium and Ireland. Originally from the Hague, the Netherlands, Laurens graduated from Haagland in Hotel/Motel Administration and Management.
