Deno Yiankes is past President & CEO of White Lodging’s Investment and Development division. He currently serves in an executive advisory capacity and is a member of the Board of Advisors following his three-decade career at the company.
During his tenure, White Lodging developed and opened over 150 newly constructed hotels and he and his team were instrumental in negotiating and transacting on over $5 billion of hotel real estate.
Deno has co-authored chapters in Hotel Investments and Hotel Asset Management – Principles & Practices, two industry resource books published by the American Hotel & Lodging Association’s (AHLA) Educational Institute. He also serves on Marriott International’s National Association (MINA) Advisory Board, is a member/past president of Hospitality Asset Managers Association, past member of the Urban Land Institute’s Hotel Development Council and currently serves on AHLA’s Hospitality Investment Roundtable.
Deno received a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University Northwest where he serves on the Chancellor’s Advisory Board. He continues to work closely with Purdue Northwest’s School of Hospitality Management and has established two annual merits and need-based scholarships within the program.
