Columbo Eddleman was named the Vice President of Asset Management in 2016. Mr. Eddleman joined White Lodging in July 2007 as a special projects manager and focused on the rollout of the STEPs housekeeping program. In 2008, he joined the asset management department as an asset manager and eventually was named director of asset management. During his time in asset management, he has worked with RVPs and GMs to maximize the value of the assets and helped to develop many of the systems and processes the company uses today for budgeting, analysis and business planning. In 2014, he joined the Select Service division to lead the rollout of Profitable Revenue Generation, and once the project was stable, he rejoined asset management, focusing on the Full Service division.
Mr. Eddleman holds a master’s in hotel administration from Cornell and a master’s in business from Purdue University. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the Colorado School of Mines. He also proudly served in the US Navy aboard the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz.
