Alyse Ellman

As Vice President of Talent and Organizational Capabilities, Alyse oversees the Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Engagement teams.  Alyse brings extensive experience in process development, project management, change management and strategic planning.

Alyse joined White Lodging in June of 2016 as the Senior Director of Operational Excellence.  In this role she developed and delivered our Engagement program, which led to strong improvements in Engagement scores across the company.

Before joining White Lodging, Alyse drove customer experience programs at United Airlines, formally introducing hospitality service standards to the domestic airline industry.  Alyse was at Wynn Las Vegas for 12 years, holding positions including Executive Director of Public Areas, Executive Director of Contact Center Operations and Director of Hotel Operations, to name a few.  Alyse was instrumental in Wynn obtaining their Forbes 5-star accreditation by establishing internal service standards and rolling out a company-wide program to develop a consistent customer service culture.

Alyse holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach.  She is also an executive board member of the Chicago Community Toolbank, a non-profit organization that provides tools and materials to other non-profits in the Chicagoland area, allowing them to complete community projects.
