
Mr. Morse currently leads the hotel revenue management efforts of the company and oversees a staff of two corporate directors and the centralized revenue management team of 12 people. He started his career with White Lodging in 2001 as front office manager of the 622-room Indianapolis Marriott Downtown hotel and was promoted to Senior Director of Revenue Analysis as well as Director of Market Strategy for the Downtown Indianapolis market. Prior to his current position, he was the Corporate Director of Revenue Management for the company. Prior to White Lodging, Mr. Morse had a distinguished career with Marriott International for 12 years, most recent as City Director of Revenue Management for Downtown Detroit. Professional accomplishments include being named Marriott International’s 2006 Revenue Management Leader of the Year, Franchise Partner North America as well as White Lodging’s Revenue Management Team being named 2005 Revenue Management Team of the Year, Franchise Partner North America. Mr. Morse received his B.S. in Finance from the University of South Florida. He currently serves as a member of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) as well as a Revenue Summit Member (franchise advisory) for Homewood Suites brand.
