Russ Louderback

Mr. Louderback joined WLS in 1999 to oversee the company’s growing full-service hotel construction projects. He was previously employed by two of the world’s largest construction companies as Senior Estimator for Turner Construction and Vice President/Director of Pre-Construction Services for Bovis. His experience in hotel construction projects includes the new 615-room Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, Indianapolis, IN; the 278-room Marriott in Littleton, CO.; the 232-room Renaissance Suites in Broomfield, CO.; the Full-Service Hilton Hotel Expansion, Charlotte, NC; the Wyndham Hotel, Houston, TX; and Guest Quarters Hotel, Tampa, FL. Mr. Louderback holds a B.A. in Architecture with honors from the University of Tennessee. He served as a board member of the Construction Owner’s Association of America.
