
Ms. Rose joined White Lodging in 2003 and in her current position her objective is to ensure the overall achievement of rooms and catering sales, top line budgets and RevPar goals for approximately 65 hotels. She is directly responsible for filling open positions through recruiting and topgrading, maintaining internal consistency and alignment, pull through of brand initiatives, managing profitability and determining the topline sales budget for openings, takeovers and conversions. Additional responsibilities include driving strategic sales and marketing initiatives including the annual business plan, sales force automation, market and reactive sales, training and development and driving organizational sales culture. Previous positions with White Lodging include Market Director of Sales and Marketing where she was responsible of overseeing top line sales for the 615-room Indianapolis Marriott Downtown Convention Hotel and eight select service and extended stay hotels in the Greater Indianapolis area, as well as Corporate Director of Full Service Sales where she was responsible for overseeing topline sales efforts of all full service hotels in the management portfolio. Prior to White Lodging, Ms. Rose worked for Marriott International as Director of Sales and Marketing and for Hilton Hotels in Group Sales and as Director of Business Travel. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh. Ms. Rose is a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and serves as a volunteer for The Villages, Indiana’s largest not-for-profit child and family services agency.
