Vice President Food and Beverage Operations

Mr. Frasca joined White Lodging in 1981 and currently oversees strategic initiatives including driving catering and beverage revenues and the implementation of a national beverage program for White Lodging. He also served a key role in the development of two White Lodging restaurant brands, TJ Maloney’s Irish Pub and Coaches Bar and Grill. Prior to his current role, Mr. Frasca has served in various leadership positions including Lead/Cluster General Manager for six White Lodging hotels in the Merrillville, Indiana area as well as multiple roles at the Radisson Hotel at Star Plaza including Banquet Manager, Director of Food and Beverage and General Manager. During his tenure as GM, the Radisson Hotel at Star Plaza received the Radisson Hotel’s President’s Award for Quality from 2001-2005. Additional experience includes Director of Operations for Levy Restaurants at McCormick Place, the largest convention center in the US where he directed F&B operations for conventions and trade shows from 500 to 100,000 attendees. Prior to Levy, he served as Corporate Director of Operations for Connie’s Pizza, where he was responsible for 10 permanent operations and contract agreements throughout Chicagoland. Mr. Frasca has a B.S. degree in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management from Purdue University. He serves on the board of directors of the Indiana Hotel and Lodging Association, the Purdue University Calumet School of Liberal Arts and Sciences Advisory Board, the Indiana University Northwest School of Business and Economics Dean’s Advisory Board and several civic organizations in Northwest Indiana.
