Dave Sibley
President and CEO Hospitality Management Division
An industry veteran, Mr. Sibley joined White Lodging in 2000 and is responsible for the operating results of all hotels in the management portfolio and the recruitment and development of all associates. Under his leadership, the company’s portfolio has reached $700M in total revenue and $100M in food and beverage revenue. Mr. Sibley currently oversees 135 hotels in seventeen brands, with 54 anticipated openings over the next five years. He started with the company as the opening General Manager of the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, and has also served as Regional Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Operations/Eastern Division. He served over 17 years with Marriott International in several management capacities including positions as Northeast Regional Recruiter and GM of the Marriott in Harrisburg, PA. His career highlights include being named White Lodging Full Service GM of the Year, White Lodging Hotel Opening of the Year, Marriott Leadership Award, Marriott Operational Excellence Award and the Marriott Hotel Opening Award. He received his business degree from Gettysburg College and is currently a member of the Indianapolis Convention and Visitors Bureau, Indianapolis Downtown Inc., and Purdue University’s Strategic Alliance Council.
