Chip Young

Mr. Young rejoined White Lodging in September 2008, overseeing the financial and operational performance of over 15 hotels throughout Texas, Utah and Colorado. He is directly involved in promoting organizational alignment ensuring that the company’s business strategy is understood and followed in all hotels. Mr. Young worked for the company previously as Area Manager in San Antonio and Chicago and was involved in the development and implementation of the company’s HIP Quality Improvement Process – a process still used today. Prior to White Lodging, Mr. Young has led a distinguished career with over 30 years of experience most recently as Vice President of Operations for Presidian. His experience includes full-service and limited-service properties representing major brands including Marriott, Hilton, La Quinta and others.
