The stabilized hotel was already operating at an extremely strong occupancy and achieving respectable levels of house profit. A strategy implemented to change the business mix resulted in a loss of 11 points in occupancy, with growth of over $16 in ADR – producing an 12% increase in house profit in the next 12 months.
