This 134 room 10 story high rise property is located in the prestigious upscale Cherry Creek neighborhood south of downtown Denver and just minutes from Denver University. A recent redevelopment and re-branding project, with an investment of $3.4 million, substantially upgraded the property’s overall appearance and added 36 signature king suites. The investment resulted in double digit increases in both NOI and ROI in the 12 month period following the completion of the re-branding effort. In addition, the hotel has substantially exceeded brand average rev par index numbers consistently month after month post conversion in a highly competitive market.
