Courtyard / Fairfield Inn & Suites Phoenix/Chandler, AZ
The uniquely designed building has been designed in cooperation with Marriott's A/E team to ensure brand identity and core elements have been incorporated into the buildings interior and exterior. Each hotel will have a separate covered entrance located on a common plaza which will feature public art provided by the developer. The Courtyard was redesigned during the last month of permitting to incorporate the newest generation of interior public design, ahead of its formal release.
In addition to many other changes, the lobby will include kiosk reception stations, an interactive "go-board" display providing current traffic, weather, flight updates, restaurant recommendations and local attractions. The two-in-one hotel joined together by facilities including an outdoor pool and spa, expansive fitness center loaded with top-of-the-line equipment, two business centers, meeting rooms and guest laundry facilities.
The hotel complex will be located within the Chandler Centerpoint Business Center in the heart of Chandler's expanding corporate office district. Premier shopping including the prestigious Chandler Fashion Center and restaurants are minutes away.
