HILTON GARDEN INN UNVEILED IN NAPERVILLE/WARRENVILLE AREA
Hilton Garden Inn Naperville/Warrenville marks White Lodging’s 16 Hilton-affiliated Hotel
MERRILLVILLE, IN. (September 29, 2008) – White Lodging opened a 135-room Hilton Garden Inn Naperville/Warrenville hotel this past week, representing another addition to the company’s growing collection of more than 136 hotels nationwide.
“Our team is thrilled to open the Hilton Garden Inn Naperville/Warrenville,” says Dave Sibley, President and CEO of White Lodging’s Hospitality Management Division. “This property is an exciting addition to the Warrenville landscape particularly given its proximity to the local businesses and other area attractions and is part of our growing relationship with the Hilton brand.”
In May 2008, White Lodging received Hilton’s prestigious Developer of the Year award for the Hilton Garden Inn brand at Hilton’s annual Focused Service Brand Owners’ Conference held in Dallas. White Lodging has developed and/or opened 16 Hilton affiliated hotels in the last three years (including 10 Hilton Garden Inns) with an additional four slated for opening over the next 30 months.
The hotel, located 30 miles west of Chicago in suburban Warrenville, offers business and leisure travelers the latest in guestroom attributes including the Garden Sleep System Bed as well additional services, designed with the guest’s convenience in mind like: complimentary high speed internet access and remote printing to the hotel’s 24-hour business center.
The Hilton Garden Inn Naperville/Warrenville features the Pavilion Pantry® convenience mart offering a selection of refrigerated, frozen and microwaveable packaged items, and sundries; the Great American Grill restaurant offering freshly prepared breakfast; a comfortable lounge area and a complimentary business center.
Guestroom accommodations and features include the Garden Sleep System bed; a “hospitality center” with a microwave oven, coffee maker and mini refrigerator; in-room entertainment; complimentary high-speed wired and wireless internet access and remote printing to the hotel’s business center; an oversized, clutter-free work desk; adjustable lighting; electrical outlets at desk height; and two telephones equipped with data ports and voice mail.

Ben Minnich serves as the property’s general manager and most recently served as rooms operation manager for White Lodging’s Sheraton Erie Bayfront convention hotel in Erie, Pennsylvania before assuming his role at the Hilton Garden Inn Warrenville/Naperville.
