ANNE DUNLAVY APPOINTED TO LEAD PRE-OPENING GROUP SALES
AT $425 MILLION JW MARRIOTT COMPLEX IN INDIANAPOLIS
City’s largest full-service convention hotel will include JW Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and SpringHill Suites by Marriott
MERRILLVILLE, IN (September 9, 2008) – White Lodging, one of the nation’s fastest growing independent developer, owner and operators of premium select- and full-service hotels nationwide, announced today the appointment of seasoned veteran Anne Dunlavy to the post of director of group sales for the JW Marriott Complex in Indianapolis, IN.
In this role, Dunlavy, 38, will oversee group sales for the entire hotel complex, will include four distinct concepts on one centrally-located campus including the JW Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott and SpringHill Suites by Marriott properties. The $425 million JW Marriott Complex in Indianapolis will include the city’s largest, full-service convention hotel and a total of 1,626 rooms including: 1,005 rooms in the 34-story JW Marriott Indianapolis tower; 297 rooms in the Courtyard by Marriott; 168 rooms in the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott; and 156 rooms in the SpringHill Suites by Marriott.
Prior to joining the JW Marriott Indianapolis Complex team, Dunlavy served as Regional Director of Sales & Marketing for White Lodging, where she oversaw the sales iniatives at 27 hotels in the Chicagoland region. She has received numerous accolades, including a Full Service Sales Manager of the Year in 2001 award by White Lodging, and has held leadership roles as Senior Sales Manager for Special Markets and Director of Group Sales for the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown.

The 34-story JW Marriott Indianapolis will be located in a spectacular setting overlooking the White River State Park. The JW Marriott tower features 104,000 square feet of meeting and event space including the Grand Ballroom totaling 40,500 square feet.
