RUCKRIEGEL TAKES REINS OF SALES TEAM AT RESIDENCE INN IN DOWNTOWN LOUISVILLE

Merrillville, IN (June 20, 2011) - White Lodging Associate Roxie Ruckriegel has been promoted from Senior Sales Manager to Director of Sales at the Residence Inn by Marriott in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. One of seven White Lodging owned and/or operated properties in greater Louisville, the Residence Inn by Marriott is a six story all-suite property offering fully equipped kitchens and a complimentary breakfast buffet each day.

"Before joining White Lodging in 2008 to work with the sales team at the Courtyard by Marriott in Louisville, I had taken time off from my career to raise a family," Ruckriegel said. "I enjoy the hospitality industry and I look forward to driving sales at the Residence Inn."

Before her hiatus, Ruckriegel worked with Marriott International for 15 years. She started at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Louisville in the housekeeping department before her eventual promotion to General Manager. During her time at the property, Ruckriegel garnered the Director of Sales of the Year for the Midwest award; she won the designation of Hotel of the Year in the Midwest; and she received Marriott's President Cup of Excellence.
