SALES TEAM AT WESTIN AUSTIN AT THE DOMAIN HONORED BY STARWOOD

Merrillville, IN (May 18, 2011) - Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide recently announced the Westin Hotel at the Domain in Austin, Texas is the recipient of the Sales Team of the Year Award for New Builds and Transitions. Christy Hicks, the Senior Vice President of Global Sales for Starwood, recently presented the award to the White Lodging-managed property during the Starwood General Manager & Sales Conference at the Sheraton in Boston.

Based on key metrics and the property's participation in Starwood programs, training, critical path and overall engagement the Sales Team of the Year Award recognizes the Westin's sales team.
