Wright Joins White Lodging Team in Louisville

Merrillville, IN (March 22, 2011) - White Lodging Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Carri Wright to the position of General Manager of the Residence Inn in downtown Louisville, Kentucky.

"I'm very excited to have Carri join the White Lodging team. With her strong leadership skills and her proven track record of success, I'm sure she'll make an immediate impact at this property," shared Regional Vice President Dave Montrose.

A three-time White Lodging Services Excalibur Award winner and the 2008 recipient of White Lodging Services High QA Award, Caldwell started his career with the Snyder Corporation working at the company's properties in Bloomington-Normal, Illinois. From there he joined Sage Hospitality and gained experience working with the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott brand.

Wright's track record includes being named "Rookie General Manager of the Year" while in her first position at La Quinta Inns in San Antonio. Hired as an Assistant General Manager immediately after her graduation from Florida State University, Wright was promoted to General Manager within six months.

After three years with La Quinta Inns, Wright moved to Louisville after accepting the position of General Manager/Operations Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott. While there, she consistently exceeded the hotel's goals for guest satisfaction scores. Most recently, Wright was the General Manager at the Hyatt Place Louisville East, which was recognized as the Hotel of the Year in 2008 and achieved the #2 ranking in the brand in 2009 for accomplishments in sales, profitability and guest service measurements.
