Chuck LaMotte

Vice President, Human Resources

Mr. LaMotte joined White Lodging in 2001, bringing more than 20 years of hospitality-related human resources and operations experience. In his current position, he is responsible for White Lodging’s compensation, benefits, associate relations and risk management administration. His recent introduction into the organization’s compensation function allowed him to design and implement a comprehensive compensation plan for the organization. Mr. LaMotte is also credited for the introduction of automation to White Lodging’s applicant tracking system and is responsible for the design and introduction of the international intern program. Prior to joining White Lodging, he served with Marriott International where he held a variety of human resource administration and operational positions including area director of human resources, Fairfield Inn Corporate Director of Human Resources and Training, Regional Director of Human Resources for the Courtyard/Fairfield Inn Division and property general manager. Mr. LaMotte received his operations management degree from Northern Illinois University and his SPHR certification from the Society for Human Resources Management.
