Carolyn Hosna has spent the last five years working on the select service portfolio as the Director of Digital Marketing with a proven track record of success. Along with developing, managing and maintaining brand counterparts, owner groups and agency partners, Ms. Hosna works closely with the internal digital team aligned with the Revenue Generation Division to consistently grow and outperform brand .com revenue goals and company benchmarks. Due to the ever-changing nature of the online travel space, Ms. Hosna is dedicated to educating senior leadership and hotel teams with the development of  purposeful training modules, departmental best practices  as well as teaching quarterly workshops. Ms. Hosna is a member of the Leadership Council for the Marriott eCommerce Franchise Committee and has been a presenter at HITEC.
