Alyse Ellman

Senior Director of Operational Excellence

Alyse Ellman, Senior Director of Operational Excellence, joined White Lodging in 2016.

A lover of creative problem solving, Ms. Ellman's role is dedicated to improving operational processes, strategic planning and the overall White Lodging associate experience.

Alyse joins us from United Airlines, where she was director of service solutions for their customer experience team.  Prior to serving at United Airlines, she worked at the Wynn Las Vegas and Encore in Las Vegas in a variety of roles such as the executive director of public areas, executive director of call center operations, the executive director of operational improvement and service, director of hotel operations, and more. She started her career in New York City with experience working at Restaurant Associates, New York Consulting Partners and Symbol Technologies. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in business management.
