We believe that having a successful career starts from “day one.” All new managers, whether you are a recent graduate or an established professional, are welcomed by our Learning Services Team. At that time, your on-boarding process begins. New managers complete a Management Orientation, which introduces you to both our company’s culture and the technical skills necessary to succeed in your new position. Then it’s off to our home office for a week long “Flight School” class, designed to further help you immerse yourself in our culture and organizational processes.
