Vice Chairman, CFO / COO President and CEO, Shared Services Division

An astute finance professional, Mr. Burnell started with White Lodging in 1992 as Vice President of Accounting and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 1993. He leads all phases of financial management and shared services including accounting, financial reporting, treasury, loan procurement, information technology, risk management, legal, human resources and administration. He served as a key member of the executive team that was responsible for the profitable growth of White Lodging from 16 to 120 hotels.

Deno Yiankes

President and CEO Investments and Development Division

Mr. Yiankes leads White Lodging’s investment and development division which includes the organization’s development, project management, purchasing/procurement and value maximization efforts for internally owned assets. During his tenure, White Lodging has grown from 4 hotels in Indiana to a current managed portfolio of over 135 premium branded hotels in 17 states totaling over 19,000 guestrooms. Prior to joining White Lodging in 1990, Mr. Yiankes served as Senior Associate with HVS International in Mineola, NY and has also worked in a variety of front and back of the house operational roles at the hotel property level.

Dave Sibley

President and CEO Hospitality Management Division

An industry veteran, Mr. Sibley joined White Lodging in 2000 and is responsible for the operating results of all hotels in the management portfolio and the recruitment and development of all associates. Under his leadership, the company’s portfolio has reached $700M in total revenue and $100M in food and beverage revenue. Mr. Sibley currently oversees 135 hotels in seventeen brands, with 54 anticipated openings over the next five years.  He started with the company as the opening General Manager of the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown, and has also served as Regional Vice President of Operations and Senior Vice President of Operations/Eastern Division.
