FAIRFIELD INN & SUITES AND TGI FRIDAY'S INDIANAPOLIS DOWNTOWN, IN
White Lodging’s Fairfield Inn & Suites in the heart of downtown Indianapolis contains the city’s only TGI Friday’s in downtown Indianapolis. The hotel and restaurant opened in February 2010 after 20 months of construction supervised by general contractor F. A. Wilhelm. The eight-floor, 168-room hotel was developed and managed by White Lodging, who also completed the pre-opening sales and marketing, purchasing and procurement, and operations for the hotel.
The hotel and restaurant are physically connected to the Indiana Convention Center as well as the JW Marriott Indianapolis. Both hotels are part of the five-hotel development, Marriott Place Indianapolis, which includes more than 1,626 keys and over 104,000 square feet of meeting space.
The 292-seat TGI Friday’s is within walking distance to the NCAA headquarters, the Victory Field baseball stadium, White River State Park and the state’s Indiana Government Center. The hotel offers 973 parking spaces for the guests of Marriott Place.
